  1. Thanks so much for the link love and mention. I appreciate your kindness! Have a great week.

      Be grateful,

  2. I’m so glad you enjoyed these links as much as I enjoyed putting them together!

Yoga is my happy place, too, and I’m always grateful for a reminder to practice yoga in my day.

I invite you to have a beautiful, self-loving day!

  3. Thanks for this thorough list, Chrysta! It has filled me with self-love ideas to last me the whole year! =) I especially liked the idea of writing a letter to myself and moving in the way that my body enjoys.

The last time I wrote a letter to myself, it was before I left on an internship to come here to Peru and reading it again halfway through the internship made a huge difference in helping me realign my thoughts and approach to challenges. In that sense, I like the idea of writing a letter to myself, especially when I feel absolutely awesome, so that I can remind myself of those moments.

As for self-loving movement, you’ve motivated me to step up my search of some place to do yoga here! Some of the most energizing months of my life were when I started yoga!! =) Hugs! Thanks, Chrysta! Your blog always lifts me up!
